✨ IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICY UPDATE ✨
Starting September 1st, we will be implementing a $50 booking deposit for all appointments.
This change is being made due to an increase in no-call/no-show appointments and helps us protect appointment availability for all of our wonderful clients. 💕
Here’s what you need to know:
💰 A $50 deposit is required for all appointments
📅 The deposit must be paid before your appointment can be officially booked
✨ Your $50 deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your services
⏰ We prefer appointments to be booked with at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible
📞 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment
❌ Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit
💳 Refunds for cancellations may be considered at the business's discretion and are not guaranteed
🚫 No-call/no-show appointments will also result in forfeiture of the deposit
